Jared & Amy Jo fell in love with Blaney Park on their Honeymoon and shortly after Bear Creek Resort.  It all started years ago when Amy Jo was taking a tour of the U.P and she stumbled into Blaney Park Antiques where Scott the owner told her all about the history of the city.  Blaney Park was a town owned by one family for years and the entire town was an all-inclusive resort town.  Scott told Amy Jo the story and she forever remembered the town and brought Jared there on their honeymoon and that is where found Bear Creek Resort and the rest is history.  Bear Creek Resort is three of many cabins that existed in Blaney Park during the 1930's through the 1960's.  Families stayed in cabins and dined each meal at the Blaney Lodge while enjoying all the area had to offer-wilderness away from the city with golf, theatre, dude ranch, 1st heated swimming pool of the U.S and all you could imagine!  Many families came from larger cities and this was their dose of the summer beauty of the U.P.  You are a stone's throw away from Mackinac Island, Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point and the Shipwreck Museum, and Fayette Historical State Park.  Get out and enjoy the beauty of the U.P and the history and awe of Blaney Park!

Our Mission

A lot of people have asked why we bought these cabins. This is an easy question for us to answer. We fell in love with the property and will be using it as a getaway for family & friends to relish in the amazing Upper Peninsula.  We fell in love with the history of Blaney Park and are actively trying to collect & preserve as much of the history as we can.  There are generations of stories, memorabilia, famous visitors and antiques from Blaney Park along with an amazing span of success in this vacation town.  Yes, our day jobs are a Realtor & Mortgage Lender in Green Bay, WI but that doesn't mean we ever wanted to "Flip" this property as other Real Estate professionals have attempted before.  We consider this property to be a preservation in progress to be enjoyed for many decades in the future for generations to come :-)
